Free site visit
We look at the area, listen and suggest what makes sense.
Photos and the approximate size of the area are helpful. The site visit is non-binding.
Written quote
You receive a quote with precisely described services and dates.
The quote states the services, frequency and price. For owners’ associations we are happy to word it ready for a resolution.
Work and sign-off
We work tidily and punctually. At the end we walk round the area together.
With maintenance contracts we then come according to plan and document the visits if you wish.
